The BBA II QUAD goal is to find at least 95% of the number of breeding species in each quad as was reported on BBA I and 'Done' indicates this minimal goal has been achieved. The BBA II BLOCK-6 goal is to find at least 95% of the number of breeding species reported on BBA I in that block, except in those BLOCK-6s which were poorly covered on BBA I. In those cases the goal should be set higher to more accurately reflect BLOCK-6 diversity.
